A beautiful service was held last Thursday, signifying the start of the “Week of Prayer for Christian Unity”. We were blessed to have many pastors and local churches represented, who also took part in the service. The WPCU which started in 1908 focuses on prayer for church unity. By annually observing the WPCU, Christians move toward the fulfillment of Jesus’ prayer at the Last Supper “that they all may be one” (John 17:21). This year’s theme for WPCU is “The Love of Christ Compels Us”.
