Dear Cathedral Parish Family,

As our Easter celebration approaches on April 5th, I am excited to share a new opportunity with you. Instead of having extra Masses in the Cathedral Hall on Easter Sunday, this year, in addition to the regularly scheduled Masses in the Cathedral, we are able to offer 3  Masses at the Lighthouse https://lighthouseknoxville.com/, a local event center, located less than ½ mile from the Cathedral at 6800 Baum Drive.

The Lighthouse location for Easter Mass will be elegant, the music will be exceptional, and the space will increase our capacity to offer hospitality to any of our friends and neighbors who are able to join us for Easter Sunday Mass. The Lighthouse has a seating capacity of approximately 400 people, and parking is conveniently located near the entrance. Please consider attending Easter Mass at the Lighthouse this year and bring your friends.

The schedule for the Lighthouse will be as follows:

7:45 a.m. with Fr. Martin

9:15 a.m. with Fr. Danny

11:15 a.m. with Fr. David

Scooters Coffee will be served on the porch at the Lighthouse after Mass

The Schedule for the Cathedral remains unchanged as follows:

7:30 a.m. with Fr. Danny

9:00 a.m. with Fr. David

11:00 a.m. with Bishop Beckman, Fr. Martin, and Fr. Diego

1:00 p.m. with Fr. Diego (in Spanish)

I pray that this Lent has been a fruitful preparation to celebrate together the great joy of the Resurrection at Easter. I look forward to seeing you all.

In Christ,

Fr. David
